What information we collect, use, and why

We collect or use the following personal information for dealing with queries, demo requests, and general correspondence submitted through our contact and enquiry forms:

  • Contact details (email address, phone number)
  • Company / organisation name
  • The content of your enquiry or demo request

We do not use this information for any purpose other than responding to you and, where relevant, following up on your enquiry.

Where we get personal information from

We collect personal information directly from you, when you submit a contact form, request a demo, or otherwise correspond with us via email.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and demo request information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of our correspondence, and no longer than is necessary for that purpose.
