Our commitment
Safe Work Pack is used by planners, PICs, and Responsible Managers across the operational railway, often on-site and under time pressure. Accessibility isn’t optional for a tool like this — we’re working towards conformance with WCAG 2.1 level AA across the product and this website.
Conformance status
This statement reflects our own review against WCAG 2.1 AA, not an independent third-party audit. We treat it as a target we’re actively working towards rather than a certified conformance claim.
What we’ve built in
Accessibility practices already in place on this website:
- Semantic HTML headings and landmarks throughout the site
- Keyboard-navigable links, buttons, and form controls, with visible focus states
- Descriptive alt text on informational images
- Responsive layout that supports browser zoom and works down to mobile screen widths
- Colour choices checked for reasonable contrast against their backgrounds
Known limitations
We haven’t yet completed a full, independent WCAG 2.1 AA audit of the website or product, so there will be gaps we haven’t found ourselves. If you hit one, please tell us — see Feedback and contact below.
